Rejuvantor the Pellaeon class put under Vice-Admiral Ascriptor's command, along with Undying and Victory, reverted to real space over Kessel. Declaro stood on the command of Rejuvantor, on the comamnd deck, he starred foward out the View-port at the distintive wedge of a Sat Destoyer type vesel. The Vessel itself had a backdrop of Kessel's orange hued, rock. "Commander, Hail that vessel. Power up Gravity Well generators."He smiled after he was done talking, the Emperor had been wise enough to given a gravity well equiped ship.
"Yes, Admiral comming and, powering up generators. Also targeting engines, holding fire." Replied the Bridge Commander.
The is Rejuvantor of the Galatic Empire to unknown Star Destoyer type vessel. Identify or be prepared to be boarded.

((Let it be known that I am being nice and going along with this, as there are many questions involved.))
The Punisher recieved the hail from the Imperial vessel. Immediately a call when down to the surface, alerting the ground forces. Captain Embrel looked over to the officers and ordered full battle ready. He then stepped forward to the screen.
"You have entered restricted Sith Empire space. I have already alerted the nearby defense fleet to your position. They will arrive in minutes. Unless you leave the area, or state your business, they will fire upon arrival."
Embrel of course had lied, but the enemy would be none the better. Though he had sent the message to the ground forces to prepare for the worst.
The Surface
Gaius had recieved the message immediately as the enemy fleet arrived. He began to make preperations for a possible planetary invasion immediately. He ordered that the men retreat into the mines, setting many detonators along the way. If worst came to worst, they would trap themselves inside if it meant destroying the enemy. The acclamator crew could get them out afterwords.

(I know, it was just a first step to a clue, I mean few people go around rolling in Acclamtor in 150 aby I would think.)
The admiral stepped up to the comm unit and spoke to captain embrel, not that he knew the man's name, but he did know he was lying, or assumed he was, since he was sure their wasn't a fleet around here, he had made sure of that when he took the maw. "I rather doubt that, my friend. The question is why are you lying?" He responds with a bit of amusement in his voice, he was not worried if sith came he could simply order them away.

Embrel sent a coded message to the surface again. This time it basically stated that planetary assault was a high possibility. He then turned on the comm again, sighing.
"So be it. I am not your friend. Now what do you want with us."

"I assume then you are the troops who muntied? the 707th I belive. if so then I'm to give you three chocies, one die, two surrender and face court martial back in the remmant, or three join me and the Empire of the Hand. I also assum you have budies planet side?" He responds, still with an hint of amusement.

Embrel sighed once more.
"Please don't honostly say you think your threats will bring results? You need to speak with my CO.", said Embrel, sort of irritated.
He opened an encoded channel with Gaius to the enemy fleet.
[blue]"I am no traiter. Should you ever think or hint me at being one again, I will remove the luxury of thought from you. Now, to the court martial. I will come with you, this crusade has gone on long enough. Though it was not a rebellion. I came to this planet to rescue the rest of my Battalion that was stationed here. My superiors denied my request to do so, so I struck out on my own. Also, I will take all responsibility for my actions. My men were only following orders."[/blue]
Gaius was overtly serious. He knew that this small insurgancy would end if he didnt act quickly, and he hadn't acted quickly enough.

"Well, I can't say I saw that coming... Very well then I will take you, and your battallion back to the remmant, obviously your troops need to go somewhere besides the middle of sith space." The admirla says he orders his troops to make room for extra's. The he awaits the arrival of the soon to be court martialed captain.

Gaius ordered the movement of troops to The Punisher. He himslef boarded a transport and arrived on the Palleaon(sp). When he exited his vessel his personal squad followed him, and raised weapons at the guards coming for him. He motioned for them to lower their weapons and they did. The guards came foward, but instead of detaining him. They saluted, and motioned for him to follow. As far as they knew he had done a valient and brave deed. He was even more respected as a leader of men now.
He continued behind them, heading towards the detainment cells.

A detail of the 501st went to the Acclamator to make sure the ship followed them back to BAstion. Vice-Admiral Ascriptor walked down toward the detainment cells, he mets up with Captain Gaius Maximus and the troopers. "Captain, I assume I have you assurance you won't ressit, even if you do it's no matter." He tuns to the troopers and motions for them to go back to the Hanagar. Then speak to Gaius again "Come with me to the Bridge their is no reason for you to sit in th cell for th journey" He motions for Gaius to fllow him.

Gaius didn't answer back. He simply followed the man who had spoken to him.

They walked through the blast-doors to the Bridge. "I am Vice-Admrial Declaro Ascriptor, I doubt you've ehard of for I have been in the unknown regions for many years. Now about your court-martial, i think they'll probaly exile you, if so what would you do?" He asks trying to open a recruiting bid, he rather liekd the man. The ship jolts as its jumps to Hyperspace.

Gaius was standing straight up, chest out, head held high. His helmet was beneath his right shoulder, and his blonde hair and blue eyes were obvious. Though his true race was hidden, he was in fact human, though not quite... He stood straight up not out of respect, but out of habit and pride.
[blue]"You must have been alone out there for a while if you think they would exile me. There are no exiles in the Imperial ranks. There is only punishment and execution. And I can guaruntee you that I shall not be the subject of an execution."[/blue]
Gaius was totally adamant. He knew what an execution would cause within the soldiers... he would live.

" see, that bad is it then? I find execution most likely then based on the charges. But I don't really know how Imperial law, anymore." He said, he didn't want to offer to give the man a get-out-of-jail-free-card, he feared it would insult him, recruiting him would be a interesting task indeed.

[blue]"To be honost, I don't care what you find most likely. Now, was there something else you care to "inform" me of?"[/blue]
Gaius was clearly speakin down to the man. He had never heard of him, and his apparent ignorance of Imperial law only added to the Captain's irritation.

"Not at all" he said to Gaius as the ship reverted to realspace over Bastion with another shudder. He motioned for the captain to follow and he wlaked toward the hangar.
